Erik Ohrman is a Licensed Architect practicing in the State of New York for over 10 years. His work experience includes managing the design teams for high-end projects in New York City and the surrounding North East communities. These projects have included country house additions, luxury co-op and condominium renovations, townhouse renovations, office renovations, private school additions, restaurant design and retail showroom renovations. Erik earned an accredited Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the School of Architecture at NJ Institute of Tech in 2004 and a Master of Engineering in Product Architecture at Stevens Institute in 2006. He obtained his New York State Architectural License in 2012 and has worked in the industry for over 20 years at various firms prior to founding EoA.

Erik has a passion for modern architectural design with clean logical forms, rhythm and space. He dedicates his work to genuine, honest design collaboration with consultants and clients in order to achieve the most desirable and satisfying results for his clients. Erik works to make sure the end product exceeds the expectations of his clients and strives to ensure the process is as enjoyable as possible from beginning to end. His experience, along with open communication and an enthusiastic work ethic, makes each project successful.
